About the Author

Robert Louis Stevenson (1850–1894) was a Scottish writer of both fiction and nonfiction who had poor health for much of his life. He achieved great literary success in his own lifetime with the publications of the children’s adventure novels Treasure Island and Kidnapped and the horror novella The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.

Tina Berning is a Berlin-based artist and illustrator whose focus is figurative drawing. Her award-winning work has been published, exhibited internationally, and is featured in numerous anthologies. Berning keeps an online diary featuring her daily drawings on Instagram @tina_berning.
